Is there a way to open Outlook mail inside Smartsheet?

I'm not sure exactly what you're really wanting, but I did find a Smartsheet add-in for Outlook (the desktop version) yesterday. If you install it in Outlook and give it access to your Smartsheet account, it adds a button to your Outlook ribbon.

When you click on the button, it will allow you to select a sheet (as shown above), then a row. It will add the body of the email as a comment on that row, and any attachments from the email can be attached to the row. You can edit the comment if needed, and select/deselect which files are added as an attachment.
