Automation - Send alert to MS Teams - Loading Organizations never completed

When I'm trying to set up an automation to send an alert to a channel in MS Teams it hangs on the Loading Organization (note we only have 1 organisation to link to)? Any idea how to fix this? We have Smartsheet integrated into MS Teams and sheets and forms linked with no problems so I'm not sure if there is another step I've missed somewhere?

Please ignore my post, I have now resolved this issue. It seems Teams was connected but the bot was not. I resolved this by typing a message in the chat window that appeared and following the steps from there. All working now. Thanks
