Check Box

Is there a formula or function that will check/uncheck all boxes in a column if one box is checked/unchecked.
For example if top box is checked, it will check all the boxes in that column?

You would use a basic cell reference in all of the other rows.
=[Checkbox Column Name]$1

Would like the choice to be able to chose specific boxes or all boxes at once.

Ah. Unfortunately it is going to be one or the other. You cannot have a formula as well as manual entry within the same cell. One will override the other.
