Bulk uploading contacts (unlicensed users)

I seem to be going round in circles. I am uploading a csv with first name, last name & email address of contacts. But when I upload I am told the csv needs to include licensed, Group admin, Resource viewer & System admin, so I add these to my sheet and try to upload again. It then tells me I need to remove these and the process starts again.

All help and tips say it just needs first name, last name and email address but this doesn't seem to work.

What am I doing wrong?

Although I'm unable to see the current formatting of your File, it may be due to the way it has been formatted in the .CSV.

I am having the same issue. I formatted my .csv with the fields requested in the UI, however is not asking for additional field for Viever/Admin. I added the columns but not certain what value to include in the csv to support the upload process for unregistered users. Do I inlude a "y" or :"x" for Viewer and leave the other columns blank?
