Can you send one update request based on a contact and not individual rows?

I have a master data sheet that houses different projects lists. I'd like to send an update request to the project lead anytime a row has not been modified within 14-days. However, if there are multiple rows that meet that criteria when the automation is triggered I would like for it to only send 1-email and not 1-per project. Some project leads have 20+ projects. Is there a way to do this?

I could be wrong, but I believe that if you schedule the automation regularly (let's say daily at 10:00 AM, or every Thursday at 4:00 PM, etc.) instead of "when triggered", then add a condition that the modified date is not within the last 14 days, that should do the trick. See screenshot below.
