Integrating data from different sheets.

I have a master data sheet that is being populated by multiple teams. There are some teams that use their own smartsheet that I am pulling information from to feed this larger master sheet. The information I am pulling to the master has matching column names and properties.

I know I am able to run a report for the information I need and can then copy and paste that over to my master sheet, but is there a way for that information to flow through directly when triggered? From my understanding of the VLOOKUP functionality that would more or less work to populate a single column on a sheet but not necessarily pull over multiple columns from one row from another sheet.

I wouldn't mind pulling from various reports but this master sheet feeds summary sheets and reports that populate dashboards so the numbers and data need to aggregate somewhere.

If you have something unique that we could use from each sheet to connect the rows, we could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets.

Would that work/help?
