How do you pass form values to a second form

Is there a way to pass form input values to a second form? I want to capture multiple rows of data, but only one of columns changes. Is it possible with smartsheet to passed row detail that stay constant from one form to prefill a second form. The second form would then only require the one input and could be reloaded until all the changes are captured.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, you could use a method I developed that is using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
