I want to pull data from a one drive account that is a shared account for my company for files. Is there a way to pull from an account that's not mine? I tried to pick that option in the source field but nothing happens.

Please note that as of now, Data Uploader doesn't support shared drives for Gdrive or Onedrive. See this extract from the following article: "Data Uploader supports shared drives for Box, but does not support shared drives for Google Drive or OneDrive." https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/integrations-and-add-ons/data-uploader

In this instance, please feel free to raise an Enhancement Request to our Product Team using the Hamburger/3 vertical line menu in the top left of Smartsheet.
