Hi, We use update email requests a lot and would prefer these to look like they are from our compnay and not from smart sheet. This helps when we are sending these to external people. Is there a way to do this?

Not from within Smartsheet.
You can integrate most email clients using Zapier (www.zapier.com) or other automation tools.

You can change the account logo to your company logo. When any external person recieves the email it'll say from "Name via Smartsheet". They will open the email to see your company logo at the top and the smartsheet request below.
