Preventing requests for access to Smartsheets

We use Smartsheets as a way of sending the requested information to our staff. We are constantly receiving requests to access the sheets. They only need the attachments. It's a major annoyance, but I understand since there is a link to request it. Is there any way for that link to be eliminated, blocked, disabled, etc?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now because you want to include an attachment (if it were a message only, it would be), but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
