I have a Web Form for product requests that includes a question with a checkbox.
Note: I copied the image below and it shows the "box" in this view as I'm writing this message, but when I submit this posting, the box disappears.
Check the box below if the final product will require multiple versions for separate audiences.
When I preview the form, the checkbox shows up, and when I copy the form URL to a new tab in my browser, the checkbox appears. However, one of my customers is reporting that the checkbox is not appearing in her view (see her screenshot below).
What could be causing the box to "disappear" for some users?
