Dashboard - metric widget- can't seem to resize?

How can I adjust the metric widget on the dashboard? see snip -circle in red on submittal status... I would like to fit each location to a row; currently each location takes up 2 rows, thus the list become very long and I can't seem to expand to fit onto a row or size to fit all info in the box??

Hope you are fine, you can prepare a table in a summary sheet containing a multiset of columns to contain the sites and status:

Thanks Bassam! Should I still use the metric feature in the dashboard or some other widget feature ?

You can create a report instead of metric and impeded it in the dashboard

Thanks Bassam!! I created a report "Submittal Tracker" but I can't see my report when I try to add report from my dashboard. Does a report icon look different?
