Group option disappeared on click

I am creating row report , I have selected sheet, column, filters but when I click on red circle group it disappeared i cannot make any changes. I have to log out and log back then it comes.

Can anyone know why it is happening.

I'm unable to replicate what you're describing but it doesn't sound like expected behaviour.

It would be very useful if you could contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording of the issue, along with what browser you are using, if this happens on other browsers (or incognito mode), and if any other users are seeing the same issue you see.

Support will be able to troubleshoot this with you in a more private channel.
