Automate SLA Column if conditions are met (for Item, Package Type & Supply Materials column)

Hello.

Need help on this. I need to automate the SLA column on Draft OSM tracker Sheet in reference to another sheet (2019 Revised Standard..). the SLA column must show the value if Item, Package Type & Supply of Materials columns are filled in.

You are going to want an INDEX/COLLECT for this one.

=INDEX(COLLECT({Source Sheet Lead Time}, {Source Sheet Item}, Item@row, {Source Sheet Package Type}, [Package Type]@row, {Source Sheet Supply}, [Supply of Materials]@row), 1)
