How do I create PDFs from form/Survey results

We have created applications in Smartsheet and the results are populating the Grid; however, I need to be able to create a PDF for each row with all of the information so that the committees can review the results or the next stage of the review process. Document Builder does not allow me to create a PDF. I have tried a pro session with a Smartsheet representative and their instructions referenced screens that did not appear for me so they're looking into it. Unfortunately, this is time sensitive and it's been over a week. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make this happen?

If time is getting short, I would look at exporting the grid sheet as an Excel Document and then doing a merge.

I know its a bit clunky but it would work in a pinch. Depending on your process, is it possible to give the reviewers Excel Sheet itself to use for their review?

@Jesika McNeil have you created the PDF outside of Smartsheet using Adobe Acrobat or similar, and does this PDF have fillable fields?

Also I assume your licence has this functionality?

Sorry if these seem like basic questions, just wanted to make sure all bases are covered.

@sdonnelly they don't want to use Excel because it's a lot of information that came over from the forms. I may try the export and see how that works format wise. Thanks for the suggestion.

@Neil Watson the form was created in Smartsheet's, so it's not a PDF fillable form but yes I do use Adobe regularly and our license is a full enterprise with all functionality besides add ons like dynamic view.

As a possible workaround, you could use the add-on Smartsheet Merge to create Google Doc documents and PDFs.
