I cannot apply conditional formatting to a row for the condition" Greater than or Equal to"

Hi,

I am trying to highlight cells that are greater than OR equal to 0.5 but the conditional formatting options does not show an option to select both criteria. I am able to highlight only cells that are greater than 0.5 but not equal to 0.5 Has anyone encountered this and solved the issue? Why is this option not available in smartsheet?

Would you be able to just select "is greater than" and then enter "0.49"?
