Is anybody using Smartsheet as a fee ticket type solution?

We are looking for a tool to use for our physicians to use to submit their hospital charges to the billing department. Currently since we don't have an interface system into our EMR/PM application, we have some submitting their charges on paper, email, or excel spreadsheets. Curious to know if anybody else is already using something like this and how it's working out for them.

We have a ticketing system developed to take client requests for support, the dashboard looks like this

There is a form that takes in requests which fill into a Sheet, approval workflows run if needed, assignments are made, statuses are updated until ticket is closed, and metrics are captured in the background
