Is it possible to automate export of specific cells on a triggered event?

When our "Completed" column is checkmarked, we wish to export that row and its children rows to an external file such as .csv, Excel, or Google Sheets. If possible, we would also like to export the attachments for those rows as well as reformat this data. Is this kind of automation possible? Built-in, 3rd party application, or code? Thank you!

There are multiple options. (Smartsheet API, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar)

Zapier would be my go-to solution for this.
