Is there a way to add a logic to a specific field once that field has been selected?

I'm doing a signup form for an event with specific dates and times. I would like to block /hide the dates and times that have been selected already by another person and only display the dates and times available, is this possible in Smartsheets?

Hope you are fine, unfortunately, you can't do that directly from the form but you can do that by designing a booking system you can read my post and use it as a start point Using smartsheet to book workspaces/meeting rooms and if you like you can export your sheets to excel  (after removing or replacing any sensitive information) and send it with the workflow scenario to my Email and i will try to help you:
