Is anyone using Calendar App? Would like some feedback on ROI from any users.

I'm trialling Calendar App and thus far it's mostly answering the question of how we can get a swimlane view generated from a gantt chart to push the team forward. However that's a limited application for such a high investment so I would like to hear from anyone else who is using this as to whether there's more to get out of this.

I'm sure other Community members have different use-cases, but personally I appreciate the ability to provide additional row-content within the Calendar App (versus the Calendar View from the sheet which only shows the Primary Column content).

Additionally, I find it helpful to see multiple sheets organized/colour-coded in one master-calendar. While you can do this from a Report's Calendar View, again, this view doesn't have the additional row-data that the App provides, all in one snapshot!

Could we connect directly so I can understand how you're using this? I have issues with it at the moment and there's one USP for me (showing tasks in swimlanes) that isn't quite worth the spend.

I would actually suggest discussing this with Smartsheet's Sales team (here) as they'll be able to outline the full range of the Calendar App capabilities and if it makes sense for your current processes.
