Multiple brands on separate forms

Hi,

My company has multiple subsidiaries but one HR department for everyone. Is there a way to brand multiple forms individually that are compiled into one sheet?

You can have multiple sheets with workflows that collect everything in one master sheet.

Thank you! I wish that helped. I probably wasn't clear enough on what I'm trying to do.

We're wanting to use the separate brands on their own forms that will flow into the same master sheet. In theory, the forms are identical with the brands being the only difference.

The only thing I'm finding now is using separately branded workspaces and this may be the only option at this time.
