Can you build a multi-part question on a form?

We are getting ready to survey employees on preferred work schedules in advance of returning to the office. I would like to have a question on the form that allows employees to indicate for each day of the work week if they will be working in the office or from home (virtual). Is there anyway to build this as multi question checkbox or something? Here is how the concept looks in my head, but I can't seem to find a form option that allows for anything close to this.

Hi Catherine,

I would probably just set it up to have each day of the week as a single-select dropdown (or radio button) where they can select either office or virtual for each day. Does that make sense?
