Duplicate Values Returning in Search Results When There's Only 1 Unique Instance of the Value

I use SmartSheet to track projects (courses) that my team creates. Each unique course and lesson title is listed in the Project column. When I do a search for a project, the same project name displays twice as 2 rows with 2 different last modified dates. When I select each one of the projects in the search, they each go to the same row on the SmartSheet. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks!

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
