failure to load Smartsheet Application : smartsheet application was keep loading and stop there

Is there anyone who has experiencing the smartsheet loading issue?

ISSUE : smartsheet application is keep loading and stop there. (refer screenshot below) It has been happening quite frequently, about 2 to 3 times a week. Operation is greatly affected.

Computer and Network Condition : Local Internet connection is operating at high bandwidth (Fiber optic). User even tried using Chrome and Firefox (latest version), and the issue still persist.
