Forms on Sheet

Hello,

Recently i have produced a new version of our Order Sheet and i am making Forms for our Customers to enter their orders on the Sheet. However the Forms i have made are not working. The common feedback is that the form will not allow my Customer to send it when they have completed the Form.

Is this something Smartsheet is doing to prevent the issue? If you need any more information, please let me know

Hi,

I didnt get to know if there was an error message. I am just getting told that the form will not submit. Im also being told that the ones that do submit, dont actually upload on to my sheet

I'd be happy to take a quick look.
