PDF Fillable forms - I can get the mapping to work.

Hi All

I am keen to use a smartsheet to automatically populate a fillable PDF template through the smartsheet document builder function. The problem I am having when I upload the PDF form to SS, it doesnt recognise the fillable fields and I am unable to map it. Is there a trick to this? Is there a way to build that PDF so that SS mapping will recognise the fillable fields and allow me to map?

How did you set up the PDF, and in which software/service?

I'd be happy to take a quick look.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the PDF/ sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
