Is there a way for me to print the "form" view that users view?

I am making a form for my supervisors that will require a manager to approve. Once it is approved by a manager, the supervisor needs to be able to print it and give it to the employee for dates, signature, statements, etc.

Is there a way to retain the form view the the supervisor sees?
