The same sheet shows EVERY time we open smartsheets..

We have three licenses, no matter which one you log onto the SAME smartsheet opens on all of the accounts. The ones that don't have access to that sheet get a big ACCESS DENIED message even if THAT sheet is not on the log in. How do I stop one sheet from dominating everything. No matter what sheet you want to open you ALWAYS have to close that sheet to get to it. The owner has tried clicking on the hamburger to show the file list and logging out of smartsheet and the problem persists

How are you accessing Smartsheet? Bookmark or typing in the address? Could it be that it's saved in the link?

I agree with Andree. It sounds like you are opening smartsheet with a saved link. Try using this url https://app.smartsheet.com/folders/personal and having your users log in.
