Generate Documents formatting

Can anyone tell me why the formatting of some fields aren't following through to my documents when I use Generate Documents / Document Builder? I've even tried copying and pasting the fields that do work and that still doesn't do it.

I've done screenshots but it's hard without giving out confidential info! 😂 Basically I want everything in red to be bold.

From what I can see, everything is set up correctly and should be bolding your text values! I'm unable to replicate this, so I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with an attachment of the PDF Document and additional screen captures of the sheet (including the column types/properties). They'll be able to troubleshoot with you in a more private setting.
