End Date is auto-filled, how to stop?
Hi All,
I have created a sheet for my team and outside of normal columns, we have an extra "Target End Date" to track if we meet target or not. Please see picture.
However, the Actual End Date is auto-filled every time I enter Start Date with the default value of the same day as Start Date. It is very inconvenient, I am afraid my project managers will forget to correct it to the correct actual End Date.
I have checked the community but seems like noone ever asked something similar. I would like to have my "Actual End Date" blank or if default, taking the value of Plan End Date, instead of Start Date which makes no sense.
I have capture my project settings as well. Thank you for your help.

You are using dependencies so you have to put the amount of days in the duration column. That will set the date to a future date.
Or remove the dependencies and it will be blank.
