How to link smartsheet and google calendar using zapier
I am trying to use smartsheet to interview people for my company, and the put a google calendar event on google calendar automatically, but my problem is how to get the time of the day that they want to interview. How do I link all of this using zapier and smartsheet? I already have it so that it adds a google calendar event automatically and have the date right, but I can not seem to get the time to work.

Hello @Ronald Hotchkiss,
First, you want to make sure that the timezone is set right on your Zapier to match Smartsheet & Google Calendar.
- Change the Timezone settings for your Zapier account.
- Check your Google Calendar timezone settings.
- Check your Personal Settings for Smartsheet Timezone.
In the Setup Action section for Google Calendar, select the proper columns that you want to be shown in the calendar event in your Google Calendar.
See image below for reference. I've created a test for 2 different events thats being added in Smartsheet to also be added in Google Calendar. The highlighted area are the required fields Google Calendar is allowing.
