When sending a form to a person, already with a smartsheet account associated with something else.
If someone has the Smartsheet app, on their phone, when they click on a from link it takes them to the app and asks if they need to either log in as free or sign in … as opposed to taking them to the actual form itself.
What can i do from my end to avoid this.
Note - In these cases they are people I do not know who are registering for a program. I am wondering if I need to put in a qualifier in the registration form. (i.e. We are using smartsheet for our registration. If you have an account already ... blah blah blah)
Not sure ... would love some advice.

Check the settings in your form and see if you turned on the toggle for "Require people to log in to Smartsheet to access this form." If you have, try turning this off and see if your user can pass straight through to the form without a login prompt.
