Dropdown field dynamic content

Hi all,

how is it possible to fill the selection values of a dropdown field automatically from the unique list of content of another field with a logic like: status = not "finished"?

If we add a new project, we will have a form to give the user the selection one of these "active" projects. Today I have to edit this list manually :-(.

The only way to do this is to use an add-on app. I use DDUpdate and it works great. I have over 100 sheets that use the same drop down list.
