Is it possible to embed an image in an automated email?

We are trying to add an image to an automated email. We put the image (tried both .png and .jpeg) in the column and use a placeholder, but only the name of the file comes through in the email, not the actual image.

Is this possible or no? If so, how is it done?

This is a GREAT idea and would be well used, especially when you are communicating guidance on how to do something to a user. Pictures are worth a thousand words!

Yes, I just did it. Right click on your workspace, workspace colors and logo, pick the light theme, select your logo and save.

Not pretty but if you have the image actually in a cell, and make the cell big enough so that you can see more than a thumbnail, you can make an automation and pick "Links to sheet and specific fields" and pick the field(s) that have the image.
