Automation - what happens when two people are asked to complete?

I have created an automation in place of a form. The emails/request for updates are sent to, in many cases, more than one person. In testing, it appears that the cells are overridden? How would I prevent that from happening?

Many thanks

    Hi @Vanessa Cavgnaro

Hope you are fine, did you mean that you sending update request to a group of contact in the cell, if so then the first one opens the link and update will close the update on other. if mean something else please clerify with adding a screenshot.

    Hi @Vanessa Cavgnaro

I hope you're well and safe!

Do you mean values that are already present on the row(s) that should not be updated?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi! Thanks for your reply, and sorry for not being more clear.

I am referring to an automation where we ask for report updates/progress, based on contacts who are in a cell. So all in one row, and yes, responses would be in the same cell. In most cases there is just one contact, but in maybe a third of cases there would be two or more. When we tested with more than one, the second response overwrote the first.

    Thank you!

  • Hi and thank you!

Here is a screen shot. Basically I have set up such that emails are sent to the lead (when flagged). The lead is then asked to add comments and select a drop down option. WE want answers from all Leads. We have just purchased Dynamic View but I am very much a beginner :).

Is Dyn View my best option here?

Many thanks for all help and have a great weekend!
