Hello,

I am wondering if the Smarsheet calendar has the capability to move an entire employees daily work to the next day. For instance, if an employee has a rain day and needs their entire schedule moved by one day can you set it up to do it manually by just moving the first day?

If you set up Project Settings in your sheet and enable dependencies, this would configure your sheet to have dates dependent on each other (where a date would move if a previous date changed).

However Project Settings will link a Start and End date to a Duration of a task as well, and this setting is mainly used in conjunction with a Gantt chart, not the Calendar View. If you are simply using one column for your dates and the Calendar view, then there isn't a way to automatically shift all your following dates based on this one adjustment. You could use the drag-fill function in Grid view to quickly input a series of dates in a specific pattern. See: Create a Series of Numbers or Dates with Drag-Fill.
