How do I add to the strategy category options or edit them?

Can you describe in a bit more detail what you would like to do? My best guess so far is that you have a "Strategy" column and you'd like it to have some dropdown options. If this is the case, try converting the column to a "Dropdown List" and define some list values.

if you are in grid view you can click on the column heading and choose Edit column properities
If it is not a dropdown yo can change it to one there
if it is a dropdown you can edit the list from there
