Dashboard is not visible to 2 of 16 collaborators
I have a 2 collaborators out of the 16, that are unable to access the Main Dashboard in the shared workspace. They can access all other items, even a DB in a folder in the same workspace.
I have tried to resolve the issue by:
- Provided View Access to DB, on top of Editor Cannot Share to Workspace
- Removed access, had him log out, Added Editor access and had him log back in.

It looks like an issue with our VPN, however it does not make sense that most were able to view. Thank you Kim
