Getting attachment when attachment is added or changed to a row.

I dont know much of programming and I am not a developer. But I would really like to get attachments from a row in Smartsheet. Posibly automated, so when attachemnt is added or changed in a row, this triggers API.

I was looking for a simpler way to do this, either directly with smartsheet, or with a third app like Zapier. But there is no way to do it. So does anyone have any examples on how to do this with API programming?

Attachments would be somehow downloaded from smartsheet row and sent to a specific e-mail address. Or atleast downloaded somewhere.

Please keep in mind that I am not a developer :)

You can create a workflow that triggers when an attachment was added/modified and then in customize message you have to select attachment to send it :

Yes I am aware of that. But it sends a link to download attachment, but does not directly send an attachment file. I want to send attachment file to Xero file e-mail. But it needs to be a file(jpg, png, pdf..)
