Smartsheet Loading Super Slow
I have been trying to access smartsheet in web browser to do some works. But it has been an hour already and the report and almost empty sheet I am accessing is still not loading.
I checked my internet speed. And it is fairly fast.
I also tried the things recommended in the troubleshooting
a.) Update Browser ( I tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome)
b.) Cleared my cache
I tried also checking status.smartsheet.com and there is no incident report.
I wonder what is the problem since these reports and sheets are almost empty. I am afraid since I have even more complicated and populated sheet which definitely I cannot access right now.
Someone who has some advice?

Have you also tried it in Incognito/Private mode?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
