I've seen this error when the columns that Pivot is attempting to create in the target sheet are too similar due to similar input values from the source sheet.

One way to stop this from happening is to create your Pivot slowly:

1 . First, define less Rows and Values in the setup.

2 . Run the Pivot workflow.

2 . Edit the workflow to add additional rows and values.

This helps the Pivot map the correct columns into the sheet individually. Let me know if this works for you!
