Export to Excel, export all attached files on the rows

Hi

We used Smartsheet to track test cases and test results. About 95 rows have attached Word documents with screen shots from the testing.

We can export the sheet contents, but is there a way to export all the attached files also?

If yes, does it reference the row to which they were attached?

I navigated to a row with an attachment.

Clicked on the paper clip.

In the right pane, above the attached files are tabs ROW, SHEET, ALL

I chose ALL

Clicked the box to select all the attached files.

On the actions Button, Choose Download. It produces a Zip file with all the items.

Note. a user with Edit Share permissions can't perform this activity in this manner.
