Silly question... sorry for that 😊
My boss and I are sharing a list of tasks, some of which are parents of sub-tasks...
When I use the sheet and collapse/expand rows and save, smartsheet will save my action and next time my boss or I open it, it will show the rows as I left them. This is not the case for my boss...
Any idea of a settting that could impact this? We have read all basic articles about hierarchy, checked all settings... this is driving us mad!
