Field not syncing when using Jira to SmartSheet Connector - how to fix

I have a custom field defined in Jira that I need to sync into SmartSheet. Several other custom fields I have created copy over just fine. However, the last 2 I've tried to add do not. They are drop down fields in Jira.

I have tried everything I can think of, and am out of ideas. Please help.

The first thing I would look at is the data type of the field in smartsheet. It should be a drop down and you should pick the correct type - single select or multi-select. If that doesn't work, please share the error you are getting in the connector.
