Workflow automation - update requests
Hi,
I need help. I have a workflow to send an automatic update request when a deadline is achived. The workflow is working perfect but I would like to send line by line and not all lines in same request. Anyone can help me to solve this?
In addition i would like also to send an automatic e-mail when the first request is not answered. How can I create an automatic "Kind Remeinder"?

You can force it to send one Update Request for each row by using placeholders.
Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
You can set a reminder by defining a field that should be updated combined with the Record a date feature in a Workflow.
