Can the evaluation / email times be changed by the sheet owner?
I understand that "Workflows set to run daily will evaluate changes to the sheet and execute between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM in the sheet Owner’s timezone and messages will be delivered between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM the next day."
Our sheet owner is based on the West coast of the US and all changes are complete by 3pm PST. But the notification are coming to our office in the EU at 11am. 3 hours after our days has started. We would like them sitting in our in box first thing.
So can we change the evaluation time in our sheet to say 6pm PST?

Are you not able to adjust the time that the automation runs in the Trigger section?
-
Not an option in the daily summary workflow.
-
Try changing the trigger to be based on a date. Then you can customize the frequency and time.

If I change the trigger to be based on a date it allows me to run it daily at a specified time. But will that not give me a list of hundreds of rows. I only want to know about rows where the delivery date has changed to a date in the next 30 days. Which is why I was using the 'When Requested Delivery date change' as a trigger.

You could still leave the condition of having the delivery date within the next 30 days. Or are you wanting to limit even those?
-
Yes Paul, I am wanting to limit those. There are 400 hundred deliveries in the next 30 days and I basically want the 20 or so that change delivery date to be flagged up.
-
Ah. Ok. What if you inserted a date type column and used the Record A Date automation based on when that field changes?
We could leverage that by adding a condition of this column being populated meaning the delivery date was changed.
