Can I use Logic in Forms to NOT show certain options?

I use a Form to collect information for H&S packs, however we have a new customer where we do not need a chunk of the usual documents. I've created a dropdown to specify if it's for the new customer, with the logic set to only include certain fields. I then set up another logic flow up so that if the 'normal' option is chosen, ALL the fields are shown. The problem is that are are literally hundreds of fields, so if I try to include them all it says that the logic statement is too large! Is there a way to say that if the new customer option is selected, DON'T show certain fields? The 'reverse logic' is used throughout Smartsheet, including the first part of the Logic form, but I can't see how to do it on the second part!
