Send alerts hourly with placeholders in subject

Hi, I need to send my coworker updates from the Smartsheet that run hourly, but I need to have placeholders in the subject line. I need one alert per unique subject line - so each email alert would contain all updated rows for which the placeholders are the same. Is this possible?

Unfortunately that is not possible. Placeholders can only be used when the trigger is "right away".
