Proofs - approval status / reminders

Hi All,

I've a case where I have an invoice that needs to be approved by 3+ approvers. Invoice is fully approved once all of them approve and then can be paid

I was using approval workflow for that using status column & other 3 columns to indicate approvers

However I'm looking if I can simplify the sheet by using Proofs for that purpose so questions:

1. Is there a way to see if the proof is approved by all invited people & who did not respond (other then going into the proof itself and hoovering over buttons & responses pending)?
2. Is there a way to send automatic reminders to invited people who did not take action?
