Smartsheet/DocuSign Integration Error - Generate New Documents

Answered - Pending Review

I'm getting an error message after logging into DocuSign from Smartsheet, using the 'Generate New Documents' feature.

The message states 'We’re sorry, something isn’t working quite right. Please try again. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact us.'

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Any suggestions/ walkaround would be most welcome!

Our use case: We are looking to use Smartsheet Forms/ Sheets to capture information that will need to be electronically signed on DocuSign.
