Smartsheet/DocuSign Integration Error - Generate New Documents

I'm getting an error message after logging into DocuSign from Smartsheet, using the 'Generate New Documents' feature.

The message states 'We’re sorry, something isn’t working quite right. Please try again. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact us.'

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Any suggestions/ walkaround would be most welcome!

Our use case: We are looking to use Smartsheet Forms/ Sheets to capture information that will need to be electronically signed on DocuSign.

I've never seen that message.

If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

Yes, I just started experiencing this same issue Friday of last week. I attempted to see if it was resolved this morning (Monday) & I am still getting the same message.

Did you ever receive guidance on what was causing this & how to fix it?

I get the same error and can not edit the document either. and if i create a new one i get this error msg
